Casey Voorhies and William Bonano’s Modern DFW Wedding by A Stylish Soiree

SWEET BEGINNINGS: Casey and William met their freshman year of college at Texas Christian University, but did not begin dating until after they graduated college.

A PERFECT PROPOSAL: William proposed while he and Casey were spending a long weekend touring Washington, D.C. The couple took a walk in a park near the monuments where William asked Casey to take a picture. Casey then turned around to see William on one knee asking her to marry him.

THE SETTING: The venue at Sixty Five Hundred was exactly what Casey and William wanted. It was a blank slate they could work with, and its modern and rustic vibe was exactly Casey’s style. She loved that everything was neutral so that it did not clash with any of her décor.

HUES SHE USED: Casey and William’s wedding theme was modern with industrial touches. They incorporated neutral colors of champagne, cream, white and natural greenery. Casey loves clean, natural color tones.

BEAUTIFUL BLOOMS: Casey carried a lush assortment of mixed greenery in her bouquet created by A Stylish Soiree that included lemon myrtle, maiden hair fern, ruscus, white dahlias, ivory garden roses, white hydrangea and clusters of ivory tea roses. The bouquet was tied in ivory satin ribbon.
