Photography:

Alishia and Antonio’s fairytale wedding is full of blooming blush roses and glamorous details. The couple began their fairytale story over Twitter after Alishia quoted one of Antonio’s tweets. Fast forward four years, Antonio proposed at the most magical place on earth, Magic Kingdom. While on a trip with Alishia’s family, Antonio landed hard to get dinner reservations at Be Our Guest. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary until Alishia went to take a photo of her mom in the Castle Gallery. However, when Alishia backed to get a better angle, she felt something brush against her leg. When Alishia looked down, she saw Antonio down on one knee with an open ring box. Of course, the entire Castle Gallery erupted in cheers as Alishia said “yes” to marrying her Prince Charming.

When it came to planning Alishia and Antonio’s glamorous fairytale wedding, the couple felt it was important to include both of their cultural backgrounds. Alishia, who is Indian, and Antonio, who is Mexican, wanted to incorporate both cultures while still maintaining the classic wedding style of their dreams. Therefore, the couple included their cultures in small ways. For example, Alishia wore a beautiful and traditional gown from Bridal Boutique for the ceremony. Later, our stunning bride changed into a traditional Indian ivory and gold bridal lehenga at the reception. In addition, a Mariachi played traditional Mexican music for cocktail hour and part of dinner. During dinner, guests enjoyed both Mexican and Indian cuisines. Alishia and Antonio kept their reception classic and glamorous with florals from Something Pretty Floral and decor from Posh Couture. Alishia and Antonio’s Favorite Wedding Memory:

“My favorite wedding day memory was the private last dance. Those few minutes alone together in each other’s arms, dancing to one of our favorite songs, just really enjoying each other’s presence were truly everything. It was the first real chance to cherish the moment as newlyweds.”
