Networking Event Recap | Wed Society® North Texas

Marketing tips, entertainment, food, and drinks, what more could you ask for?! This past August, Wed Society Pro, and Wed Society® | North Texas hosted an exclusive event for wedding pros in Dallas and Fort Worth. These events gave North Texas wedding vendors a chance to mingle, learn about emerging wedding business trends, and gain valuable insights from experts in the field of marketing. Come with us as we take a stroll through our North Texas event, complete with stunning florals and decor, a spritz/mimosa bar, a lips and lashes bar, delicious bites, and so many wonderful vendors who brought this event to life!

Dallas/Fort Worth Networking Event

Set inside the bright and airy Social Space in Fort Worth, our event surpassed our wildest dreams! The Social Space truly could not have been a better place to kickstart our networking events in North Texas. Embellished Weddings planned every detail, and Sarah Lindholm Photography perfectly captured the event! The space was captivated by a stunning balloon installation by Pop Lane Events, and adorned with beautiful blue + yellow-inspired decor/rentals by Loot Rentals. It reminded us of summer on the Amalfi coast!

As guests entered, they were immediately greeted with stunning custom signage by Crafted by Cambridge and gorgeous floral arrangements by Graceful Florals. The linens provided by Posh Couture Rentals truly tied the whole event together. Besides the signage, florals, and linens, one of the most captivating parts of the event was the entertainment by Marquise Productions LLC! Marquise captured guests’ attention and took a personalized spin on popular songs that guests just couldn’t get enough of.

One of our favorite parts of this event was the Lips and Lashes Bar by Brite Beauty! This was a crowd-favorite, because who doesn’t love a lips and lashes bar?! It was also the perfect pit stop before heading over to get a headshot, compliments of Wed Society® North Texas! We love any chance to grab a new headshot and love helping vendors update theirs, too!

Our mid-morning pick-me-up was a made-to-order coffee station courtesy of Nightowl Coffee. HD Liquid Catering served everything from spritzes to mimosas and the drinks looked picture perfect with our customized Wed Society® stirring sticks. Our catering spread by Knife and Faulk tasted even better than it appeared (and it looked phenomenal!) After stopping by the light bites table, guests couldn’t help but try the desserts from Loft22 Bakery. Did we mention how delicious they were?!

Let’s Get to Business!

The business side of things kicked off with a panel from Wed Society Pro, Dr. Delphinium Weddings, Brik Venue, and Pharris Photos. These incredible wedding professionals captivated the audience and spoke of trending and relevant topics in the wedding industry. From incorporating AI into their business practices, the importance of building relationships with other vendors and clients, to handling client interactions in a positive way. We loved learning from this wonderful group and discussing everything marketing and wedding related!
