Vows that Wow – No. 20 – Julianne and Nick

Julianne Plauche’ and Nicholas Folk chose the luckiest day of the year to tie the knot at Perkin’s Chapel — St. Patrick’s Day. The happy couple lucked out when they met three years earlier on the evening before Valentine’s Day. The two started talking and Julianne, not knowing that Nick was the kicker for the Dallas Cowboys, began bragging about her soccer skills. They both found themselves smitten and went on their first date the very next week — a trip to play a game of one-on-one soccer. While they might not have agreed on who won that day, they both knew they had something special. The reception at Hickory Street Annex was a festive affair with several nods to the Irish holiday including green beer! And we are still swooning over the vibrant florals from The Wildflower.
