“Playlists have always been popular. Ever since cassette tapes, we’ve been labeling, ‘Rad Mix’ on the front and making our own compilations. Whether it be for working out or even cleaning the house, we can make a playlist for anything, and everything really should have its own soundtrack! With services such as Spotify, you can customize your own soundtrack for whatever you’d like. These days couples are finding Spotify to be a perfect tool to build playlists for various parts of their wedding week such as getting ready, cocktail hour or even party songs. As a DJ, it’s always great seeing exactly what people listen to to give me a good idea on what to include as I mix music throughout their reception.”
