2. Sixty Five Hundred – Built in 1952, the Sixty Five Hundred building was originally a GE warehouse. It has been newly refurbished and features many modern touches. At 20,000 square feet, the venue can accommodate anywhere between 20 and 1,000 guests. This unique space’s open floor plan can be easily transformed. Twenty foot pine ceilings, stained concrete floors and a state-of-the-art audiovisual system create the perfect “rustic modernity” aesthetic for a blank space style wedding.

3. 129 Leslie – 129 Leslie offers an industrial-chic location that allows you total customization. The location is a blank canvas that is open to your design, and offers many opportunities to show your style through décor and furniture. Daytime events are bathed in bright natural light from expansive skylights, and nighttime events can make use of the in-house lighting. Located in the Design District, this venue embodies modern flair and offers many amenities such as free parking, a dance floor and on-site catering.

4. 7 for Parties – Take a walk on the wild side with 7 for Parties, which offers a funky, stylish and totally transformable atmosphere. The newest venue in the Dallas Design District, 7 for Parties offers three very distinct rooms, each with painted walls, one-of-a-kind artwork and handmade furniture. This venue embodies a “have it your way” attitude, and will happily let you rearrange the furniture or even take it out if you wish! You can book an individual room or the entire venue to house up to 470 guests—the choice is yours!
