Allison Eppler and Michael Jarvie’s Classic Fairytale Inspired Wedding
SWEET BEGINNINGS: Allie and Michael were first introduced through their families. Their older sisters became friends in college and convinced the two families to go on a vacation to California together that next summer. Michael and Allie added each other on Facebook to meet before the trip, and Michael told Allie to let him know the next time she was in Dallas. She did, and they went on a perfect date with each of them sharing with friends afterward that they knew they found “the one.”
PERFECT PROPOSAL: After dating long distance, Michael knew he wanted Allie to become his wife. Toward the end of senior year of college, Michael took Allie to one of her favorite spots on Baylor’s campus and read to her out of a new Bible he had bought her with her future name on it. He asked her right there, and she excitedly said yes!
FAIRYTALE ROMANCE: Inspired by summertime and the bride’s favorite fairy tale, “Cinderella,” the couple chose a traditional and classic theme with hues of blush pink, powder blue, gold and touches of bright pink.
GET HER LOOK: Allie walked down the aisle in an all lace Ines di Santo dress from The Bridal Salon at Neiman Marcus fitted by Mary Kay. The straps were moved slightly off the shoulder, and Allie wore a 100-year-old lace heirloom veil that was worn by many women in her family.
EPIC GETAWAY: After their wedding, Allie and Michael were driven to Dallas in a white limo and stayed at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek. They went to the Rosewood Jumby Bay Resort for the first half of their stay, and then went to Hermitage Bay Resort for the remaining half.
