This Ballroom Wedding Looks Like it Came Straight from the Pages of Martha Weddings
March 24
Accents of blush and slate blue contrasted with navy create a stunning look for Lauren and Ashton’s ballroom wedding at Hotel Crescent Court. In fact, it is so stunning that this ballroom wedding looks like it came straight out of the recent issue of Martha Weddings. Gold chairs and table settings add to the romantic and elegant air of the day. Lauren wows in a romantic lace dress from Stanley Korshak Bridal Salon complemented by a cathedral veil that adds extra drama to her fairytale-like look. The bride’s besties stood by her side in slate blue dresses from Bella Bridesmaids. “I can vividly remember the joy I had, when I walked into my bridal suite to show off my wedding dress to my mom and bridesmaids,” the bride said. “Their reactions, even those who went dress shopping with me, had me in tears.”
The couple’s wedding planner, Swank Soiree, ensured Lauren and Ashton’s vision was executed perfectly. After the ceremony the bride and groom ate, danced with family and friends, and most importantly, basked in the joy of being husband and wife! From Lauren, the bride: “Our favorite wedding day memory was our last dance; I felt like time stood still. For the first time that night, we could just look at each other and not feel like we were rushing around from one thing to the next. We could just enjoy the moment and each other.”
