Jasmine Kim Weds Mitchell Tai | Black Tie Courtyard Wedding at Hotel Crescent Court

Jasmine and Mitchell were married in a luxe black tie courtyard wedding at Hotel Crescent Court that was romantic and traditional, yet so very them. They incorporated an Asian Tea Ceremony to honor both sets of parents and their cultural roots, as well as a super fun send-off selfie with all of their guests! It was all thanks to a mutual friend’s wedding in New York that brought Jasmine and Mitchell together. They were both standing up in the wedding and hit it off during the reception while sitting at the single’s table. After the wedding, Mitchell went back to Seattle and Jasmine stayed in New York. They stayed in contact and Mitchell was able to visit thanks to a number of business trips. They dated long distance for a year before Jasmine took the leap and moved to Seattle.

The couple was visiting Jasmine’s family in Texas when Mitchell decided to propose. They walked around Hotel Crescent Court courtyard after dinner and Jasmine thought about how beautiful the scenery would be for a proposal. Just minutes later, Mitchell got down on one knee and asked her to marry him.
