Of course, for any exercise to be effective, Katherine says you have to back it up with effective eating. “Diet is 70% of the routine,” she says. It’s why she puts her brides on personalized nutrition programs with meal plans and weekly grocery lists. She loves to suggest healthy swaps – ways to savor foods we all love, but in healthier ways.
