Lindsay and Andrew met on News Year’s Eve while out with mutual friends in Fort Worth. This exciting start of the New Year marked the beginning of a new friendship that soon turned into a long-distance relationship. A few holiday seasons later, Lindsay and Andrew were in between celebrating Christmas with their families when Andrew told Lindsay that he needed to run an errand in Fort Worth. This quick detour led the couple to the TCU football field where Andrew had planned a surprise impromptu tour of the stadium. As a huge Horned Frog fan, Lindsay was thrilled to walk down to the end zone where Andrew then got down on one knee and asked Lindsay to spend the rest of her life with him. Lindsay of course said “yes!” and their families then came down from the stands sharing that they caught the whole thing on camera.
Lindsay and Andrew plan to tie the knot this summer at Perkins Chapel with a reception to follow at Belo Mansion and Pavilion. This will be a colorful affair overseen by wedding coordinator, Kay Watson, featuring hues of vibrant fuchsia, violet, chartreuse, hot pink and lavender. The couple is most excited about the reception coffee bar and dancing the night away with the Emerald City Band. They also can’t wait to have all their friends and family in the same room to celebrate their new chapter together. Congrats to Lindsay and Andrew and thanks to Joseph Mark Photography for sharing their fun engagement shoot!
