Ready to ring in the new year? We sure are! Before we do, we wanted to take a moment to appreciate the decor trends that stood out in 2019 North Texas weddings – those that made us do a double take and gave us ALL the heart eyes! These trendy scenes wouldn’t be possible without the talents of some of our favorite DFW rental and decor companies as well as many gifted wedding planners who worked with local couples to bring a vision to life. The result? Trendsetting details that reflected the personalities of these brides and grooms so well. We can’t wait to see more of that in 2020! Happy New Years Eve!
Black + White Simplicity
Sometimes less is more, and if these simplistic black and white scenes are any evidence, going minimal can really make a huge statement. We loved the stark contrast we saw in these scenes and how well simple green florals and dark decor popped against a cool white backdrop. So simple, yet so stunning!

Larger-Than-Life Seating Charts
In 2019, seating charts became not just a stationery detail, but a memorable experience for guests. Whether combined with a cocktail display or an artful mirror wall, we adored how so many seating charts this past year took the opportunity to reflect something special about the couple and bring guests a little extra joy as they found their place for the evening.

Boho Terra Cotta
The southwestern aesthetic had quite a moment in 2019, with warm, rich textures like wood and macrame in addition to terra cotta details bringing the desert right to DFW. This trend brought color and life into so many scenes and translated into an inviting, down-to-earth, laid back vibe.
