Just as we’ve been craving a bit more sun and outdoor weather comes this gorgeous new editorial from our Spring/Summer 2018 issue chock-full of elegant al fresco wedding inspiration from Cloud Creative Events! With Dove Ridge Vineyard as the backdrop, Rachel Elaine Photography captured the setting in the golden glow of late afternoon. The team brought a touch of moody sophistication through the use of deep jewel tones in everything from the table centerpieces to the plum and merlot hued paper suite from Hazelwood Paper Co. Matching the crest of the invitations, Flourish Floral Design Studio crafted a dreamy bouquet and similar centerpiece filled with blooms of dusty rose, merlot, plum and ivory. The swoon-worthy table setting was anchored by elements of whimsy mixed with contemporary decor. Beautiful Event Rentals provided plush, sand-colored end chairs with ghost chairs to accompany, along with the large birch colored wood table. Lace-edged chargers were topped with powdery blue ceramic plates, and gold flatware and rimmed glasses all from Posh Couture Rentals brought a touch of vintage elegance to the setting. The soft blue hue was again incorporated into the embellishment of the sleek cake designed by Loft22 Studios. We can just picture the model bride delighting in the beauty of her outdoor wedding, wearing her cold-shoulder lace gown from De Ma Fille with soft, windblown waves tousled by WZ Beauty Studio. We truly can’t get enough of this gorgeous editorial! Enjoy!

From the planner: “For this shoot, I was inspired by deep jewel tones and wanted to capture that richness in the floral design through the use of big, bold-hued blooms and organic, lush arrangements. Mixing modern plates, flatware and calligraphy with lush, organic florals creates a unique and beautiful look for a tabletop.”
