Danielle Fuqua Weds John Shepherd | English Garden Inspired Wedding at Dove Ridge Vineyard

North Texas wedding planner Shannon Rose Events brought Danielle and John’s dream of an English garden inspired wedding to life! With pops of cobalt blue and amazing florals by Lush Couture Floral, including a flower and vine wrapped arch for the wedding ceremony and a lush mantle with overhanging vines and blooms, the English garden inspiration was carried throughout the celebration. Danielle was visiting her brother in Lubbock and tagged along with his friends to a Texas Tech tailgate. That’s where she met John and they became fast friends. After the game they lost touch when Danielle moved to Fort Worth for work and John moved back to The Woodlands. Five years later they met at another tailgate at the University of Texas and spent the next two weeks talking on the phone for hours every day. Soon after that, Danielle knew she had found the one.

Just before their one year anniversary, the couple planned a trip to Turks and Caicos. On their second night John suggested they watch the sun set over the ocean before dinner. Danielle found a table set for two surrounded by white drapes and tiki torches and John was down on one knee. They enjoyed an amazing meal as a newly engaged couple.
