Glam Garden Inspired North Texas Wedding at The Westin Stonebriar | Melissa + Christopher

A PERFECT PROPOSAL: On their first night while vacationing in Hawaii with Chris’ family, they were walking to dinner at sunset on the beach when Chris got down on one knee and proposed to Melissa surrounded by the beautiful view and bright blue ocean!

THE SETTING: Melissa and Chris planned their special day at The Westin Stonebriar in Frisco. The beautiful outdoor garden area overlooking the golf course overflowed with lush greenery and beautiful flowers, assuring them it was the perfect place to say, “I do.” The venue was also in a central location for family and friends but had a modern feel the couple loved.

BEAUTIFUL BLOOMS: The bride’s bouquet by R Love Floral was a lush, loose medium-sized bouquet of anemone, garden roses, peonies, ranunculus, spray roses, astilbe with eucalyptus and jasmine greenery.

SAVORY SWEETS: Melissa and Chris’ cake from Sugar Bee Sweets Bakery was vanilla with a blackberry cream cheese frosting. The beautiful wedding cake was three tiers with a false tier covered in gold sugar. The bottom tier was a light blush marble fondant while the other two were covered in smooth buttercream.

VENDOR LOVE: Melissa and Chris raved about their wedding planner Chloe Allday from A Stylish Soiree. Their team did everything in their power to ensure the couple’s wedding day ran as smoothly as possible. By taking stress off the bride and groom, the newlyweds were able to enjoy more of their special day. The couple thought their photographers, The Tarnos, did an incredible job as well.
