Nicole and Thomas’s intimate bohemian wedding was effortlessly stylish! Featuring a simplistic design, natural elements and autumnal palette, there is so much to love about this scaled-down affair. Before they were engaged, Thomas came up with the perfect proposal plan – a trip to Buffalo River in Arkansas. Unfortunately, Nicole’s email was connected to the account where he purchased the ring, so she got an email with photos of it. Planning to interrogate him when she saw him, Nicole returned home from work that evening, and Thomas proposed in their kitchen. Privacy and a low-key nature are two things that these newlyweds have in common, so it only makes sense that their wedding would be just that! Burgundy blooms make up the most beautiful bridal bouquet from Dr Delphinium Designs & Events, and we love the juxtaposition of orangey autumn leaves with fresh baby blue eucalyptus and greenery. Nicole and Thomas tied the knot in a ceremony officiated by one of their closest friends. They returned to their Airbnb for hors d’oeuvres and an intimate reception and had their first dance on the gazebo in the back, toasting with champagne and celebrating with the people who matter most to them. In the end, we think that’s what truly makes the big day so heartwarming anyway, and Opal & Onyx Photography perfectly captured the true, effortless essence of this intimate bohemian wedding! Our whole wedding was intimate and personal, so it made sense that our vows would be too. I can’t imagine doing it any other way.”
