PERFECT PROPOSAL: Adrian proposed to Laura on Christmas day while they were dressed in matching robes, watching TV. It was a casual setting but perfectly planned by Adrian and was a special moment that the couple will never forget.

THE SETTING: The bride and groom aimed to host a small, intimate wedding. The versatility of The Joule Hotel allowed the wedding planner to personalize the venue space, focusing heavily on décor. From the chic white drapery, to the centerpieces adorning guests’ tables, to the neutral color palette with complimentary accents of deep burgundy hues, Laura and Adrian had the wedding of their dreams. It was simply elegant!

HUES SHE USED: Laura and Adrian found no trouble in selecting a color scheme for their dream day. Black and red have always been this couple’s favorites. And by choosing this color scheme, they kept with the elegant, downtown theme in the beautiful Joule Hotel.

AISLE STYLE: The rooftop terrace was draped off so that the front side of the space was occupied for the ceremony. Laura was presented to Adrian, walking immediately off the elevator. The couple was married amid a gorgeous altar that was adorned with large floral arrangements standing at either side.

GET HER LOOK: Laura wore a stunning gown from StarDust Celebrations designed by Watters. The strapless dress featured a lace corset and ascending chiffon skirt that beautifully accentuated her waistline.

BEAUTIFUL BLOOMS: Laura carried a huge cascade style bouquet featuring a variety of blooms and lots of lush greenery. The colors of the bouquet ranged from blush to burgundy to black.

VENDOR LOVE: Laura’s favorite vendor was her wedding planner, Devan Moorehead, from Weddings by StarDust. She captured Laura’s vision in only a matter of two months. Weddings by StarDust was quick and accommodating and the best fit for Laura and Adrian’s special day.
