What a lovely lavender French garden inspired wedding at Hotel Crescent Court for Melissa and Michael! After a delicious dinner in The Garden Room, guests enjoyed a yummy assortment of macarons and a croquembouche – perfect for the Parisian themed soiree. Thanks to a mutual friend, Melissa and Mike were introduced on a snowboarding trip to Lake Tahoe. They immediately hit it off and started dating shortly after. For Valentine’s Day, Mike surprised Melissa with a stay at the Mansion Hotel. She was getting ready for dinner when Mike asked her to come to the balcony. With the gorgeous Dallas skyline in the background and the couple’s English bulldog Sullivan in tow Mike asked Melissa to marry him.

Mike and Melissa decided on a small wedding of 60 guests for their nuptials at the Crescent Court garden. They were able to take pictures outside but rain in the forecast pushed the ceremony indoors. Melissa walked down the aisle to an acoustic version of “In My Life” by The Beatles. After a short and sweet ceremony, guests enjoyed champagne from a champagne tower, an assortment of macaroons and a three- tiered white wedding cake. The night ended with lots of dancing and new memories.
