Looking Back at 2019’s Best Floral Trends

We couldn’t look back at all the beauty we saw this past year without stopping to recognize the incredible floral trends we saw brought to life by some of North Texas’s most talented florists! From installation trends to design themes, a few certain floral trends made their way into DFW weddings and styled shoots throughout 2019, inspiring us and in many cases, making our jaws absolutely drop! These florists are the real deal! You’ll notice many of the trends we share overlap, showing just how popular these tones and designs really were, but each created in their own unique way! We can’t wait to see the florals 2020 brings. Cheers!

Peachy Keen

Cheerful, warm and bright, we noticed peach as a common thread in tons of color schemes in 2019, which meant tons of gorgeous peachy florals! This color is playful, lighthearted and versatile for just about any season. Talk about a winner!

Looking UP

North Texas weddings featured a plethora of elevated or suspended installations in 2019, hanging high above tables both short and long, bringing the drama and adding dimension. Simple, dramatic, whimsical, boho – the styles varied but the height and drama stunned no matter what!

Desert Southwest

2019 was quite the year for boho, southwestern-loving brides, especially when it came to florals! Pampas grass, dried palm leaves and terracotta all wove their way into various scenes, adding juxtaposition to modern scenes and livening up boho vignettes. We’re in love!
