Modern and Organic Styles Mix in this Black and White Wedding

Michelle and Aidan made their love official in a black and white wedding with some seriously elegant and organic touches, all captured by The Lockharts in bright, romantic detail. Their soft, summery soiree held around the property at BRIK Special Events Venue was originally set for a larger scale, but COVID-19 had other plans! Both bride and groom agreed that their scaled-down affair made everything all the more special – it was an intimate gathering of their closest friends and family. We love the juxtaposition of modern elements next to natural, organic ones, like the plentiful greenery that adorns every wedding scene while Michelle’s bridesmaids contrasted in striking one-shouldered black gowns.  She says her favorite wedding memory came when she was about to walk down the aisle with her dad. The two exchanged a tearful moment just before showtime, where Michelle’a dad also officiated their wedding. Guests enjoyed an evening of fine dining provided by Vestal’s Catering as well as dancing the night away. Read on for a note from the bride about her favorite vendors from their black and white wedding day and what made them so special.
