The Mood Was Just Right For this Romantic Minimalist Wedding

Courtney and Warren tied the knot in a romantic minimalist wedding at Davis & Grey Farms where their delicate palette of blush, gold and greenery creates an organic mood with the perfect balance of modern touches. The wedding party and guests began the weekend with a delicious rehearsal dinner served at The Station among the building’s iconic mixture of salvaged and industrial modern materials. On their wedding day at Davis & Grey Farms, Courtney and Warren celebrated their love with a ceremony in front of the adorable white chapel, then on to cocktail hour courtesy of HD Liquid Catering, and next, the reception! Bride Courtney radiated beauty from the inside out, with her natural curled styled into a low updo paired with natural glam bridal makeup by artists at Tease to Please Hair and Makeup, who glammed up the rest of her bridal party as well! Floral installations by Haute Poppies took center stage, striking us most with the plentiful greenery – just what this romantic minimalist wedding called for. Grid-patterned blush linens from AM Linen Rental adds a fun texture to reception tablescapes where white rentals keep everything incredibly light. Fresh florals adorn a two-tiered cake designed by Butterfly Cakery featuring natural textured edges and gold leaf details that have us completely obsessed. Romance is certainly in the air throughout this late summer affair. Read on for a note from the bride about how the couple chose to honor different cultures throughout their romantic minimalist wedding. Cheers to the Clarks!

From the bride: “We wanted to honor cultures at the reception with songs and dancing, something that everyone could take part in. We danced the Kumbia to ‘Bidi Bidi Bom Bom’ by Selena, something that we knew would be special to Warren’s mother and her side of the family. We tried to do that with many songs, by choosing different styles and eras for all generations and cultures that attended our wedding.”
