Two people by the same name made a connection online and soon started dating. Alex and Alexander spent lots of time getting to know each other over text messages, phone conversations and FaceTime. They both love sports, so a hockey game was the perfect venue for their first date. They quickly realized that they shared a number of loves including live music, being outdoors, and they soon started to fall in love with each other.
To keep up the theme of everlasting love, Alexander proposed on Valentine’s Day. It was a freezing cold day but Alexander convinced Alex to take their dog for a walk. She went to put the leash on the dog and noticed a new heart shaped locket on the dog’s collar. She turned around and Alexander was down on one knee. With the dog in her arms, Alex said yes to the intimate proposal.
