SWEET BEGINNINGS: Deidre and Stefan were unacquainted until her twin sister started dating one of Stefan’s friends. The two started following each other on social media and soon after, they began frequently texting one another. Eventually, they discovered there was something more and began dating.

PERFECT PROPOSAL: Stefan wanted to surprise Deidre, so he planned an entire trip for their whole family to go to New York City, but Deidre thought it was only for the girls. Deidre was a little upset that Stefan wasn’t going to be there because it is the couple’s favorite city. He assured her it was okay and had her promise him that during any big thing she did there, she would call him so he could experience it with her. The first day of the trip, Deidre’s mom planned to go to the top of the Rockefeller Center. Deidre called Stefan from the top. During the conversation, Stefan started to tell Deidre how much he loved her and that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. He then told her he had a question to ask, and Deidre heard the sweet words nearby: “Will you marry me?” Filled with tears and overpowered with joy she said yes! Stefan even flew in their wedding photographer, Tracy Enoch, to capture the special moment.

ORGANIC BOHEMIAN: Deidre wanted a wedding that was organic and natural. Since the wedding was in December, they wanted to make sure they didn’t have a Christmas color scheme so she chose beautiful, soft colors such as nude, dark purple and a dusty mint green.

PRETTY PAPER: The invitations were printed on thin wood slices accompanied by a Polaroid photo of the couple’s engagement photo and a magnet on the back so it could be hung up.

DELICIOUS DISHES: Deidre and Stefan decided to break the norm and serve breakfast for dinner. They had delicious Krispy Kreme donuts, a cereal bar, mini chicken and waffles, crème brulèe French toast, bacon, fruit, and a breakfast casserole dish complemented with a pour-over coffee bar.
