Wedding at The Ostreum Honors Family Heritage by Mixing Vintage and Modern Decor

Grace and Pedro tied the knot with mixes of vintage and modern decor to honor family heritage. The Ostreum was the perfect space for their friends and family to gather in a way that they will never forget. After becoming friends through work, Grace and Pedro quickly realized that they were each other’s perfect match.

With family being an important part of their lives, Grace and Pedro wanted to incorporate small details of their Lebanese-American cultures throughout the food, decor and music on their wedding day. This couple also made an effort to incorporate their family into their wedding day by including them in their bridal party and as ring bearers and flower girls. Grace even incorporated personal vintage details such as wearing her grandmother’s wedding dress and using the cake topper from her grandparents’ wedding to honor her family heritage. The vintage decor details of lace on the bride’s dress as well as on the tablescape mixed beautifully with the lilac modern decor mixed throughout the venue. The invitation suite by Hazelwood Paper Co. is a perfect example of the two styles of vintage and modern decor coming together in a creative way. This wedding was romantic yet so intentional with the choice of details, all the way down to choreographed first dance. Every memory of the night was captured beautifully by The Lockharts. Grace and Pedro knew that being surrounded by their loved ones truly made their day even more special, and it will be a day that they will always hold close to their hearts.
