Rustic Elegant North Texas Wedding at Hidden Pines Chapel | Blair + Matthew
September 27
SWEET BEGINNINGS: Blair and Matt met on their first day of pharmacy school. Blair remembers first seeing him in class and knew she had to meet him. After talking and realizing how much they had in common, they started dating soon after!
PERFECT PROPOSAL: Blair’s mom set up a family vacation to Cancun in the summer of 2014. Matt told Blair’s mom he wanted to surprise her and propose during family photos. Before Blair could even realize what was going on, Matt dropped down to one knee and proposed in front of her family. Blair could not have been more surprised!
GET HER LOOK: Blair walked down the aisle in a lace mermaid dress by Watters. The strapless gown featured a sweetheart neckline and was paired with a train from Bridal Boutique.
THE SETTING: Blair and Matt said, “I do,” at Hidden Pines Chapel, a brand new venue with a rustic elegance feel to it. Blair loved the overall style of the venue, and that it was a combined ceremony and reception space. She also loved the venue’s attention to detail!
AISLE STYLE: Blair chose a romantic and rustic elegant theme for their wedding. She used a neutral color palette with hints of gold and burgundy. The altar had a faux fireplace that their florist, Stems of Dallas, decorated with candles and draped with greenery.
