From the bride on her proposal: “We were going to Disney for the first time with Brad’s little girl, Sawyer. It was a surprise for her and the perfect distraction for me, because little did I know, Brad was planning a much bigger surprise. We were on cloud nine – or so I thought! When we arrived at Magic Kingdom, we rode the teacups, met some of the princesses, and then Brad decided it was time to buy Mickey Mouse ears. Brad told me that he and Sawyer were going to go look at Cinderella’s Castle, and that I should meet them out front when I got done buying the ears. I thought nothing of it and waited in line for my sparkly Mickey ears. As I was heading toward the castle, I could see Sawyer was holding some sort of sign, and when I got closer it hit me. I saw Brad smiling, and as I looked over to Sawyer I could finally read the sign – written in Disney font, “Will you be the Queen of our castle?” I was absolutely speechless, and I felt like I could not get to them fast enough. Brad dropped to one knee and asked me to be his wife, and for a moment it was like there was no one else in the park. I said “YES!” and he put my ring on my finger! It was a real life fairytale come true.”
