Kelli Matulich Weds Mason Bartlett | Southern Ballroom Wedding from Shannon Rose Events

There’s just nothing like a grand southern ballroom wedding! Kelli and Mason worked with Shannon Rose Events to assemble their dream team of vendors and create their perfect celebration. They chose a neutral palette with touches of light blue, blush and gold accents along with lush greenery and exquisite florals from R. Love Floral. When Mason and Shannon walked into the reception, they were completely blown away at how everything came together so beautifully and had a blast dancing the night away to the Royal Dukes Band. It was only the first week of college when Mason found the woman he was going to marry. Kelli and Mason were introduced by a mutual friend at the campus IHop. The pair spent hours talking and laughing and kept running into each other on campus. That November Mason asked Kelli on a first date to his winter formal. They officially started dating after they returned from Christmas break.

Mason and Kelli had just finished dinner with both sides of their family for Thanksgiving and decided to stop by Highland Park Village to look at the Christmas lights. They took a few pictures before Mason dropped to his knee and proposed. Their families had followed close behind and captured the moment on camera. Everyone toasted the newly engaged couple with champagne and spent the rest of the night celebrating.
