This past August, Wed Society Pro and Wed Society® | North Texas hosted an exclusive gathering for wedding professionals in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This event wasn’t just a networking opportunity; it was a celebration of creativity, collaboration, and the latest trends shaping the wedding industry. Join us as we revisit this vibrant event filled with stunning florals, engaging activities, and an incredible lineup of vendors who made it all possible.

Setting the Scene: Wed Society Connect North Texas

Hosted stunning D’Vine Grace Vineyard, the event surpassed every expectation. This chic venue proved to be the perfect backdrop to kick off our North Texas networking series. Every detail was flawlessly captured by Kimberly Harrell Photo + Film, ensuring every moment was preserved beautifully, while providing professional headshots for our guests as well.

The space came alive with a breathtaking floral arrangements by Grateful Floral Event Design and a show stopping stage to host our panel speakers from Stage Works evoking the light, airy charm of an elegant garden party.

A Warm Welcome with Style

Guests were greeted with custom mirrors and signs by Looking Glass Calligraphy, which set for the perfect “mirror selfie” photo opportunity.  The exquisite linens from Nuage Designs tied the aesthetic together seamlessly, creating an inviting and cohesive atmosphere.

But the event wasn’t just about beautiful decor. DJ KB Events provided captivating entertainment, adding an energetic vibe with personalized spins on popular songs that kept the crowd buzzing while networking.

Sips and Savory Delights

For a mid-morning boost, guests enjoyed a made-to-order coffee station by Café de Miele, while D’Vine Grace Vineyard served up refreshing spritzes and mimosas, but the culinary experience didn’t stop there, attendees were wowed with a spread that was as delicious as it was visually stunning. And to satisfy every sweet tooth, Sweet Boom Bakery delivered delectable desserts that were simply irresistible.

The event also featured a fantastic panel of speakers, including Jennifer Trotter – Lip Service Makeup, The French Farmhouse Venue, and The Lockharts. The panelists shared valuable insights into industry topics such as navigating client communication, handling last-minute wedding day changes, balancing the artistic side of business with administrative tasks, and more. Our panelists gave the audience an inside scoop on all things weddings, leaving everyone inspired and informed.
