Rehearsal Dinner Spots
The Worthington Renaissance has the perfect rehearsal dinner spots: the Worthington Room and the Sky Bridge. The Worthington room is a private space located on the East Mezzanine in a corner area just above the restaurant. This room offers a window wall that overlooks out into the hotels Main Lobby and allows you the ability to stay tuned into the hotels energetic evening lobby atmosphere while still enjoying an intimate dining experience with family and friends. This space is conveniently located near the East Mezzanine restrooms and is ADA accessible. The max capacity is fifty (50) people comfortably and the room offers 680 square feet of space.
The Sky Bridge is a semiprivate space which is located on the West Mezzanine of the hotel. It is the hotels most unique event space which hovers three stories above a main street in Downtown Fort Worth. The max occupancy for this space is seventy (70) people comfortably. The Sky Bridge offers floor to ceiling windows on both sides of the bridge which allow for gorgeous views up to seven city blocks away. This space is ADA accessible and is located just around the corner from the West Mezzanine restrooms.
Ceremony Spaces
The Terrace
The Terrace is an absolute favorite for ceremonies with it being the hotels only outside venue area. It offers gorgeous evening sunsets and fresh natural air. This space hovers 3 levels above Downtown Fort Worth and has gorgeous fountains positioned on either side of the alter with a lovely pergola that surrounds it. The fountains can be quieted during quiet times for the ceremony and overall, this space makes for an intimate and private wedding experience. It offers just over eleven thousand (11,000) square feet of space and can hold approximately two hundred and fifty (250) attendees comfortably. This space is ADA accessible.
Reception Spaces
Half of The Grand Ballroom
One half of the Grand Ballroom serves as a luxurious event space here at The Worthington. This space is ADA accessible as well. With its twenty two (22) feet high ceilings and over four thousand (4,000) feet of space, it is sure to have everyone feeling like royalty for your event! It’s cherry wood paneling runs along the full length of the walls. It offers a foyer area just outside (based on availability with booking) just outside the Grand Ballroom itself. The Ballroom’s max capacity fits two hundred and fifty (250) attendees comfortably including a stage area and large dance floor if needed.
Rio Grand Ballroom
The Rio Grande Ballroom offers convenient access to the Trinity level restrooms and the West Portico of the hotel. The Grand ballroom offers LED lit pillars which make for the perfect ambiance for any event. Set the mood to the theme or color that best suits your companies preferred atmosphere. With over twelve thousand square feet of space, and eleven and a half feet tall ceilings, it is sure to accommodate your reception needs.
