Jillian Beythan and Brady Luby’s Romantic Wedding at Mitas Hill Vineyard

SWEET BEGINNING: Jillian and Brady were high school sweethearts. They lived in the same neighborhood and were first introduced through a mutual friend. Before they knew it, their friendship soon evolved into much more!

A PERFECT PROPOSAL: Brady made an impromptu proposal at a country music concert when Jillian was a freshman and he was a junior in college. Years later after Jillian had finished law school, Brady proposed again with a bigger ring on the beach in Playa del Carmen.

THE SETTING: Mitas Hill Vineyard is owned and operated by Jillian’s family. With 8,000 grapevines on 22 acres, the vineyard was the perfect location for Jillian and Brady’s romantic day. Overlooking the serene vineyard, Jillian and Brady exchanged their vows in the presence of family and friends.

HUES SHE USED: Having spent many vacations in Playa del Carmen, Jillian and Brady wanted to incorporate a color scheme that reminded them of their special tropical destination. Jillian implemented hues of coral, peach and gold to create a wedding full of modern spring romance.

AMAZING ALTAR: Jillian had the dream of a hillside vista overlooking the vineyard. She wanted to create an infinity altar that stretched as far as the eye could see. Using the natural terrain of the hillside, Jillian’s grandfather constructed a multi-level terrace so that every guest would have a perfect view of the wedding party and a breathtaking view of the landscape. The stone and wood construction blended flawlessly with the natural beauty of the surroundings. The couple also had four staggering fresh floral altarpieces that beautifully framed the newlyweds during the ceremony.
